Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
An unboxing/opening video is mandatory in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products.
Products once used, washed, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution differences.
Customized or fall/pico altered sarees are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds are not applicable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
